The pleasure of coffee with good conscience Natural, sustainable, fairtrade: "Juanita", the new filter coffee from Alps Coffee, produced by native farmers in Honduras without pesticides or chemicals - under the banner of coffee pleasurer, aware of its responsibility. Inspired by the skills of the Pech, by their tireless research of quality and their respect for nature, the trip to Honduras was organized for the purpose, among other things, to equip these small local farmers of modern solar dryers, aimed at allowing a quick and safe drying of the crop. At the same time, the idea of using the precious cultivated raw coffee took shape by this community to create a totally particular filter coffee. "Juanita" was born from the combination of the best coffee practices: a natural cultivation without pesticides or chemicals, scrupulous hand picking, the professional treatment with solar dryers from Alps Coffee and slow roasting by rotating drum of each variety. The new filter coffee is distributed by Alps Coffee in collaboration with the World Shop of Laces (Weltladen Latsch), which sells food and craft products of the fairtrade from all over the world.
